EB THERAPY SERVICES
Dr. Elizabeth Bendick, Psy.D., PLLC

When was the last time someone asked, “How are you?”—and you gave an honest answer?
I mean the real version, the one that sits in your chest and makes everything a little heavier.

That’s where we start.
ABOUT ME
Clinical
Approach
I bring a systems-oriented lens to our work together, considering how our early relationships and life experiences shape our current sense of self, the way we connect with others, and how we move through the world.
My integrative approach draws from several evidence-based modalities including:

-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT);
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT);
-
and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

But above all, I'm client-centered. I've seen what happens when therapy gets too rigid or robotic, when the humanity of it gets lost. That’s not what you’ll get with me. I’ll use evidence-based methods and also meet you with honesty, care, and a good sense of when to push and when to pause.

What I Bring To Each Session
I believe therapy works best when we can both be our true selves.
That means awkward moments, vulnerability, unexpected laughter, and everything in between.
Authenticity
I trust your lived experiences and respect the strengths you already carry.

I bring my clinical knowledge and
training into every session, but you are the expert on your life.

Humility
I won’t pretend to have all the answers. I don’t expect you to either.

We'll explore what’s coming up for you with open minds, working to make sense of it together.
Curiosity
I’ll challenge you when I notice patterns that are keeping you stuck, even if it's uncomfortable.

We’ll unpack them and decide together what path forward feels right for you.
